Finals - With Michele leaving early it was decided to have just an A'final. Luckily Ben Nash who had been watching all evening agreed to be the single marshal. Racers also reluctantly agreed to allow Dave P to marshal, provided he did not rush anywhere. Duane from 2nd place on the grid quickly got past Andrew while his tyres were warming up. With 14 laps difference in the qualify times there was always going to be lots of overtaking. Around the 1/2way stage Andrew's tyres had warmed up and combined with Duane making a couple of mistakes took what he thought was the lead. On checking the results the computer had Mikael down as the winner on 36 laps, with Duane on 33 and Andrew DNS. All drivers looked equally confused until Andrew realised he had not reprogrammed his transponder for the 1st time since having a programmable one about 3 years ago.
