Site Comments:
This is the 1st edition (October 1999)of the site and as the skills of the developer are currently limited it is 95% plain and boring text.  In time this will change.  The benefits of boring text is that the download times should be very quick.  The generated  HTML  has been manually edited to reduce the size.  The developer would welcome comments on improving it, e-mailed to the address above.
